TheSingleEvent.com offers those who desire social interaction with other singles many opportunities to do so. That is why I joined in 2006 after my divorce. I met some of the nicest people I have ever met and the network groups offered me independence that I so desired to obtain. Our members are very laid back, very respectful and very welcoming to new members that attend our events. We have become lifetime friends and there is no better gift than that. I was given the opportunity to try things I never had done, nor would I have done if it were not for TheSingleEvent.com.

I have found TheSingleEvent.com to benefit our members lives in other ways too. It is a great area to business network and many of our members have found themselves in long term relationships. Our network groups allow you to get out of the house with like minded individuals and try something new. Some recent popular events include zip lining, volleyball, white water rafting and bowling. Of course, there are many events such as house parties, happy hours, gourmet dining, wine tastings, live theater, comedy shows, dancing, live music and hiking. Though our network groups events, there are so many opportunities to meet new people... Many quality friendships have developed... We receive many referrals so meeting the single friends of friends is always part of the mix as well... Relationships develop through friendships... Business networking is also part of it... There are always new and fun things to do. Many of our members have experienced the bar scene, personal ads, blind dates and internet matchmaking. All of those things can be good. Meeting people in person, becoming friends and doing interesting and fun things is at the heart of our network groups.
